Waiver & Rules
Command Decisions is dedicated to the safe and responsible play of paintball. We have trained and experienced referees on the fields at all times. However, our insurance requires that each player files a waiver prior to playing on our fields.
As of March 1, 2010, We will need a new waiver on all players per our insurance guidelines.
This waiver will be valid until February 28, 2011. Players will be issued a membership card upon accurate completion of their waiver. This membership card will need to be presented at the time of future play check in. If card is not presented, a new waiver will need to be completed prior to play.
Minimum age to play is 12 years or older. All players under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign the waiver as well.
Waivers and Rules are available at the field, or you can download and print your own copy prior to arriving.
